Help me please! I am 11 years old , 5'5 and weigh 215 lbs!! I tried excersizing and eating right millions of times but I always lose my motivation to keep going, or I surrender to the junk food that sits under my nose all the time. (chips, icecream, candy, soda pop, ect. You name it) Anyway, my weight issue has had a huge impact on my selfesteem and confidence too. I can never feel good about my body. I feel like a hippopotomus when I go swimming in the Summer time! This has driven me to the point where I have had to wear make-up to feel good about how I look. I am also bad at physical activity.(Especialy running) I also hate it because I feel silly running because skinny kids look at me and think I am wierd because I am fat and I am running. They're like,"WTF?? A fat kid running?" I can't take it anymore but I dont think that I am capable of doing this! PLEASE HELP ME!!! Your Dear Friend, VampiressKitten, A.K.A. Metallica's #1 fan
